To Cap It Off

So I have a gas engineer coming this afternoon (not this morning while at the JC) apparently to service my boiler despite it never getting used since they get a court warrant last year to cap my meter!

Despite being a prisoner of the State, I have no gas to heat bath water and no shower installed, it is inhumane!

The Engineer has not showed up in a repeat of what happened last year. Last year no one knocked my door for the first two appointments, then armed with an intimidatory warrant they showed up on the third appointment and never even serviced the boiler, just capping the supply instead.
