I am talking about deliberate sleep deprivation, every night this week I have had undercover police (or their agents) in the surveillance flat below playing loud music from 9PM to 4AM. Then they fuck off in cars so there is no chance of revenge the next day. It is like someone evil (or something) is in charge this week while Boris is away on holiday. As a seasoned survivor however I can take this stuff in my stride as it has been happening to me for fucking years now. I just treat it like being on night shift, if you have to be awake during the night, you just sleep during the day. Especially with knowledge that the so called person (blackmailer)'s days are numbered!
