The American spokesman guy who looks like a stand up comedian, Kirby, stood at a podium and said (with a straight face) that to the best of his knowledge, Israel has never broken International Humanitarian law since it's Gaza offensive started on October 8th. It's a joke maybe but it's NOT funny!
