So US VP kamala Harris is saying that the West Bank and Gaza should be United under one reformed Palestine Authority with no room for Hamas. There are two issues here. One Israel and the settlers need to leave the West Bank so that it can become a sovereign Palestinian State.
The second issue is the Geographical seperation between the West Bank and Gaza withy Israel sandwiched between, making it almost impossible for the Palestinian Authority to Govern both territories. Israel and Palestine should consider a land swap. Acre for acre attach Gaza area of land to the border area of the west bank and Israel can inhabit gaza, while Palestinians can move to the new Gaza on West Bank border. Israel has destroyed Gaza'a civilian infrastructure anyway.
