He is only Labour Leader because Blair told his Blairite MP's to vote for him, so he (Starmer) has to do as he's told. As long as Blair is in the same blackmail boat (over Diana) as the Battenburg's, he will always be in control of the Labour Party. Tony Blair has purposefully been keeping Labour out of power for the last 13 years by appointing non prime ministerial candidates, Ed Milliband (or something), Jeremy Corbyn and now Stamer, simply because the blackmailed Battenburgs can manipulate and control Tory MP's a lot easier than Labour MP's
