No Contest! as long as the knighted stooge police chief and keeper of the King's blackmail secrets is answerable to the so called Monarch and not the (unelected) Government, no amount of new laws will stop the police stooge from following the (so called) King's orders from his blackmailers.
Unless of course these new laws are being forced through (with my powers) for the next (legitimate) government (without a blackmailed Monarchy) to make use of!
