This allegedly deliberate attack on a humanitarian convoy not only breaks international law by contradicting last weeks UN ruling and every humanitarian rule in the Geneva convention, it has also had the intended effect of stopping that charity and others from operating in the strip, exacerbating not relieving the grave humanitarian situation there!
