So they (whoever that is?) have someone (a beergate witness) who is prepared to testify in court should (Sir) Keir appeal his (assuming he gets one) fixed penalty fine, just like 'they' had someone 'prepared to testify' against me when I allegedly beat up that undercover policeman who was deliberately intimidating and harassing me. It is not very nice but hey some things are just too important for 'nice!'
