That is what they are calling the Earthquake in Turkey/Syria I am willing to bet that someone or some Country in that region has tested a Nuclear bomb. You will never cause a quake by stamping your feet but if you drill a big hole pop a Nuke in and fill it with concrete before detonating it, that could work? Also if a Country in that region were to develop such a weapon, they would need to test it, for their own information and to let their potential enemies know about it!
