At the JC today, my usual civil servant said that she will be on holiday in a fortnight and she is going to make an appointment that I do NOT have to attend because she 'doesn't want me seeing anyone else' why not, I asked? Oh don't tell me no one else has security clearance to speak to me! No comment. Anyway smelling a rat I said, if I miss an appointment I will get sanctioned? You will just need to trust me she said? I will mark it as attended on the day. Hmm but you will be on Holiday? Yes but I'll get someone else to do it? Forgive me for not trusting you but I don't trust anyone I said. In the end I got her to sign a JC stamped paper that reads "Thursday 23rd Feb Do not Attend Thursday 9th March attend"
